To compile around 26 sources of information as flyers, brochures, and buck slips, to make an accurate and summarized source of information with everything you need to know when you move for the first time, to Palm Beach County.

To create a comprehensive and ordered layout, to manage the information and the space of every one of the 8 sections. Making it appealing and eye-catching with a unique look and feel.

As a Visual Designer, I worked hand in hand with the content producer to find the middle points between a comprehensive design and the load of information contained in the brochure.

Due to the singularity of the product, creating an aspects document to get quotes was a challenge as a designer. I had to include every size, format, paper type, and special aspect needed.

To make an easier onboarding to the people who just move to Palm Beach County, give them all of the information needed in a single handy brochure. As: History, communities, Taxes, Important Numbers, Driver's licenses, Car registration, etc.

• Deal with the content producer to fill up empty spaces and missing information during the design process.
• Manage the information process and every section approved by the right stakeholder of the agency.
• Compile all of the printing aspects and features of the brochure in a document, to give the printers accurate information to provide us quotes and get everything we want with no surprises.
• Design and create a unique look and feel that represents the lifestyle of Palm Beach County.
