Redesign a tool that was already online, but with a lot of improvement opportunities, so we give it a fresh look and feel and refine the flows, also to create new tools already identified.

Redesigning a tool that Globers already relied on daily, without disrupting their workflow — modernizing the UI and refining the flows while keeping everything consistent with Globant's enterprise design system.

This project also marked my first hands-on work in Figma, which pushed me to rethink how I structured components and handed off design assets to developers and stakeholders — a workflow that's been my favorite ever since.

As a Visual Designer, I worked hand by hand with the Product team, UX, BA, and PO — contributing ideas about the project and materializing them in a Visual Design.

To help Globers grow in their career inside Globant, having a big picture of the missions and their challenges to accomplish. The tool also allows Mentors/Leaders to create and track missions, badges, and the whole evolution of a Glober.

• Design mockups and prototyping.
• Create new elements to feed our Design system, keeping in mind that these elements should have consistency and be aligned with it.
• Be part of the creation of the product, contributing with ideas to solve usability and flow problems.
• Take part in meetings with the stakeholders to understand and look for solutions to the project.

As part of the Globant career path, we have 4 unique achievement badges. As our Globers go through it, they can earn these by achieving extraordinary goals inside Globant.

To grow on their career path inside Globant, Globers have to accomplish a set of missions at each level to acquire knowledge. Here they can learn about them and start a new knowledge mission.

Each Working Ecosystem inside Globant can have different levels, which we call Ranks. Here we can see them from 1 to 10 — each Glober can evolve and earn ranks to show with pride.
